For one-off projects, you pay 50% after we agree the scope and before work starts. The remaining 50% is due after completion and your approval, before launch or final handover. Monthly services are separate recurring charges.

We confirm your start time once the deposit is received, the scope is agreed, and all required content and access are ready. Delivery means the completed agreed website is available for your review. Client delays and changes to the scope require an updated deadline agreed in writing.

The €399 Express business website includes the agreed website delivered for review within 24 hours of the confirmed start. If we miss that deadline for reasons on our side, we refund your deposit and no balance is due for that cancelled Express project. Launch depends on your approval and any external domain or account setup. We agree the full terms before payment.

Weekly updates to your existing website, proactive follow-ups, and four one-hour calls per week by appointment to discuss changes. The written care scope defines which content changes are included. New pages, major redesigns, new features, and third-party costs are quoted before any extra work. Monthly care starts at launch; billing and cancellation terms are agreed before subscription.

Yes. We handle the agreed strategy, content, captions, scheduling, profile updates, community replies, and reporting. The €499 starting scope covers two channels, 12 feed posts, four short video edits from supplied footage, and weekday community checks with up to 20 replies weekly. We agree your brand voice and response guidelines first. On-site filming, advertising spend, weekend coverage, and larger workloads receive a separate quote. Results and follower growth are not guaranteed.

Package prices cover the listed work. Hosting, domains, paid booking tools, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are listed separately in your quote. Any applicable VAT and QR stand shipping are confirmed before payment. We do not add services without your agreement.

After final payment, your custom project deliverables are handed over to you. Your domain and business accounts should be registered in your name. Any third-party software, fonts, images, or services retain their own licence terms, which we identify in the project scope.

Absolutely. Consultations are available in English, German, Turkish, French, Arabic, and Armenian. This first website edition is in English. Any languages required for your own project are agreed in the package scope.
